Thank you for your assistance with the one-year inspection .
Yesterday, they made some repairs. It wasn't a major repair, so it was finished quickly and done carefully.
I'm glad the construction company was conscientious. This is important because we'll be relying on them in the future.
By the way, it's been a year since we moved in, and we've finally settled in a bit, so I'd like to share a little about our current situation.
After the spring equinox, the sun has started to shine through the open atrium. Our house is long and narrow, so this atrium is not only a beautiful design feature, but it also feels great and is very useful for letting in light! Thanks to this, we don't need to turn on the lights even on cloudy days. In the city, it's hard to get enough natural light because everything is so close together, but being able to enjoy the sunlight for even a little while each day in this way really energizes you.
Right now, I'm afraid of the cypress pollen so I don't open it, but soon I'll be able to enjoy the breeze from the awning window next to the large window. (~_~) I'm looking forward to it. I think they did a good job with the ventilation as well.
Recently, at the Scandinavia House (7th floor) in Hanshin Department Store, I found an ornament that was perfect for my chicken-loving household. It was hanging on a hook attached to a picture rail. I heard that the person who bought the ornament got the hook at Kohnan, so I immediately went and bought one and installed it myself.
I think it matches the red color of the atrium design perfectly. The hook is also quite nice (it's called a lighting line hanging hook), and I'm very pleased with it.

The ornaments look fun! I'm glad you're enjoying them in various ways. I'm actually causing you a lot of trouble, but I'm very grateful for your kind email. I look forward to your continued support.
