C. Careful work progress through step-by-step
drawing creation. |
We explain the work process in the order of the drawings created, and strive
for careful and thorough work execution. |

| 1.Project plan diagram |
These drawings are used by the client and architect to confirm their mutual
wishes before a design contract is signed . Multiple proposals may be submitted.
This is the same as the initial proposal example on a separate page . |

| 2.Basic design drawings |
After the design and supervision contract is signed, these drawings include
site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections , and finish schedules . A large volume of CG renderings and image models are created around this time. |

| 3. Estimated Cost Diagram |
Before moving on to detailed design, we create preliminary construction cost drawings and verify that the estimates match the building owner's budget. |

| 4. Detailed design drawings |
Once you are satisfied with the estimated construction costs and basic
design, we will proceed to the detailed design phase. We will then create
drawings for the final construction cost estimate for the architectural,
structural, and equipment aspects. |

| 5.Application drawing for confirmation |
Once we have a clear indication that the construction costs will stay within budget, we will prepare and submit the application drawings to the relevant government agencies. |

| 6. Construction contract diagram |

After the estimate is provided, design changes may be necessary to keep
the construction costs within budget. Drawing revisions may also be required
during the building permit application process due to instructions from
government offices, etc. All of these revisions are made before the final
construction contract drawings are compiled. |

| 7. Construction drawings |
At the start of construction, the contractor will create more detailed
drawings than those in the construction contract, and the supervisor will
check these drawings. |

| 8. As-built drawings |
After construction is complete, any discrepancies from the contract drawings are corrected, and construction drawings created during the project are added to create the final completion drawings. These completion drawings should be carefully stored for future renovations and repairs. |
