
July 5th: Groundbreaking ceremony successfully completed.

July 14th: Site marking work to confirm the building layout.

Reinforcement work for the raft foundation. A 20cm thick concrete foundation is installed at the bottom of the entire building.

Base concrete pouring completed. This is according to the specifications
of the Japan Housing Guarantee Organization.

September 10th: Topping-out ceremony. Around 3pm: Assembly of the rafters
with metal ring joints completed.


September 10th: Topping-out ceremony.After the master carpenter placed
a ceremonial wand on the main pillar and sprinkled sacred sake, the homeowner
sprinkled rice and salt to purify the building.

The same as above, viewed from above. The size of the windows was carefully
considered as the house will be a performance hall.

The application of persimmon tannin to prevent corrosion of the exterior
cedar planks was done by all involved parties, including the homeowner.

October 12th: Cedar planks were attached to the exterior walls, and the
installation of aluminum eaves began.

This is also an aluminum canopy.

November 28th. Bathroom. The upper part of the wall is covered with cypress
planks. The wainscoting and floor tiling will be done next.

This is a view looking up at the second-floor living room from the back of the practice hall.

This is the bathroom under construction.The walls are covered with cypress planks, and white tiles were chosen to brighten up the bathroom.

Installation of living room furniture is underway. It was made from plywood
and ash wood.

We have started finishing the walls and ceiling of the second-floor living
room and practice hall with diatomaceous earth.

The roof is made of galvanized steel sheeting, and the specification is
the natural color.
