Courtyard House in Sakai 40

| When the client first came to our company, |
| "I'm planning to buy a 50-tsubo plot of land in a new residential development." |
| However, it is a bright and open courtyard house with a floor area of about 30 tsubo (approximately 100 square meters). |
| "Is it possible to build a house like that while keeping costs down?" |
| I received a consultation along those lines . |

| In order to realize the true essence of a courtyard house, |
| We prioritized the following two points and implemented a straightforward plan. |
| ① Make the living room/dining room/kitchen (LDK) and the coated wood deck at the same floor level. |
| ② The area between the living room/dining room/kitchen and the courtyard wood deck is entirely glass-framed. |
