7/22:Rebar work for the basement foundation and inspection by the supervisor.On the same day, an inspection related to the 10-year warranty by the Housing Guarantee Organization was also conducted.



8月: The concrete structure of the basement's exterior walls and part of the retaining wall was completed.



The base reinforcement for the first floor was completed.







September 8th: The
 
roof-raising ceremony was scheduled for yesterday, a lucky day, but was postponed to the next lucky day due to the typhoon.However, considering the construction period, the roof-raising ceremony was held today.It is always exciting to see everyone's dreams gradually take shape.

9/17, structural hardware was installed,and seismic structural hardware such as bracing was checked. On September 21, the intermediate inspection was also successfully completed.






This month, there were meetings on the 5th, 12th, and 19th.

On the 12th, the client and I checked the electrical outlets. Before attaching the wall sheathing boards, we check the locations of the main outlets and switches.


Layout


On the 19th, under the dining room floor.This building uses a foundation insulation method. Therefore, insulation material is attached to the exterior walls, including the slab edges.


Thisis a view of the first and second floor walls from the bottom of the stairs. The glass wool insulation has almost been installed on the walls of the second floor.



10/29, the Rust Top for the exterior wall underlayment was installed.


11/1, the steel frame of the staircase was installed.
Steel flat bars were assembled quickly by welding.
It will be painted white and wooden treads will be installed.



11/8, the plasterboard for the ceiling underlayment was installed. A projector will be installed in the square recess in the ceiling of the elevated walkway.

11/15, a fence was installed in front of the terrace on the road side. The sense of depth of the entire building has become even greater.

The exterior wall painting (resin atrium) is complete.


Now the work on the exterior garden will begin.

Construction drawings

Once construction begins, many construction drawings are created in addition to the contract drawings. The following three images are part of the design, showing detailed drawings of the gate area and an image of the lock.
