▽January 10th-18th, 2005: Interior demolition.
January 2005: Interior demolition completed.
When renovating, in order to create a solid structure
that is integrated with the newly added structure,
the existing structure is first inspected in detail.
 January 2005: Foundation installation around the bathroom.
The foundation was newly added in accordance with the change in the plan.
February 2005: Installation of new structure.
Columns and beams are newly installed
while temporary bracing is being put in place.
February 2005: Inspection of structural hardware.
We check whether the hardware in each part meets the standards.
February 2005: Installation of exterior wall insulation.
When renovating or adding, the insulation
on the exterior walls is naturally replaced.
△March: Installation
of bamboo flooring. Underfloor heating is used,
so bamboo flooring that is less prone to warping
and has a clean look was laid to accommodate it.
△March Kitchen installation
The design features of the system kitchen are
a double enamel sink and a yellow body,
as requested by the homeowner.
March Bathroom tile installation in progress
The bathroom is mainly decorated in pink.
The existing wooden window will be used.
It will be painted white.
△March To make the atrium appear larger,
the second-floor hallway will be finished with glass.
△March The staircase has been installed,
but there are several issues and
it looks like it will need to be rebuilt.
▽April The exterior walls were repainted in a color closer to white,
while still respecting the existing color scheme.
Its presence itself is now more vivid than before.
▽April The stairs, which were originally mortar with a troweled finish,
have been replaced with tiles. The handrail wall will also be painted pure white.
Stainless steel handrails and footlights will be installed on both sides for the mother.

The color scheme, including the frame, is currently being discussed with the homeowner.
