First impression of the existing building
During our initial meeting with the client, Mr. K, we first looked at the
blueprints of the existing house.I had the opportunity to see it. The existing
house is very well put together and beautiful.I was very impressed with
the plan.
The design drawings from 35 years ago included 7 or 8 hand-drawn perspective sketches.
It is attached, and furthermore, the height of the doors and windows, both inside and out, reaches the ceiling.
Also, the fact that the roof pitch is kept very gentle is a testament to the designers of the time.
I strongly felt their dedication to design. However, over the past 35 years...
The demands of residents have changed significantly. |

Let it.
③ The exterior will be preserved as it is, and existing wooden window frames will be utilized as much as possible.
