1F Plan

2F Plan
Summary of design conditions regarding the children's room
1. Family composition, number and age of children There are two children, one.toddler and one baby
2. Necessity of a children's room. A children's room is necessary, but partitions are not needed in the new construction, and the aim is to create a home where it is more enjoyable to be in the LDK than in the children's room.
3. Size of the children's room. A large children's room is not necessary. Two children will use 10 tatami mats. If a third child is born, the 10 tatami mats will be divided into three equal parts.
4. Placement of the children's room. The children's room will be placed so that the family can see it from anywhere.
5. A home that fosters children's independence and creativity. We are thinking of a children's room that children will gradually shape themselves.
