On September 10th, the ground-breaking ceremony was successfully completed.
On October 12th , ground improvement work was carried out to a depth of 1 meter based on the ground survey results.
On October 11th, the foundation reinforcement inspection was conducted. On October 12th, the foundation slab concrete was poured.
On October 22nd, the foundation beam concrete was poured and the base was
installed.
On October 29th, the roof-raising ceremony was successfully completed.
On November 5th, a view from the living room towards the courtyard was
taken.
On November 18th, a structural inspection was conducted. Inspections were
carried out by inspection agencies, insurance companies, structural designers,
etc.
On December 3rd, insulation was installed in each room.
On December 10th, after the insulation was installed, gypsum board for
the finishing base was installed.
On December 10th, a view from the entrance through the courtyard towards the dining room was taken .
On December 17th, a view from the first-floor living room towards the kitchen
was taken.
On December 17th, a view from the second-floor children's room towards
the courtyard was taken .
On December 26th, exterior photos were taken. Mortar plastering work was completed.
On December 26th, the base was prepared with putty for the wallpaper finish.
the interior walls of the children's room were finished with a light blue wallpaper and a textured finish.
On January 14th,This creates a different and beautiful texture compared to wallpapering.
On January 20th, the exterior walls were also finished with a mortar base
and textured finish.Gray was used as an accent color .
On January 28th, we were looking forward to the wooden deck in the kitchen courtyard, as seen from the Japanese-style corner .
The sales representative from the construction company also participated
from time to time .
On January 31st, the dining table was also set up. Shelves and white doors
are planned to be installed in the storage area at the back. On this day,
the inspection by Sakai City Hall was successfully completed. An inspection
by the homeowner and the design supervisor will be conducted at a later
date.
On February 12th , an open house was held. Many people participated in the open house.
Looking down at the courtyard wooden deck from the rooftop. Ipe wood was
used for the decking. It is hard and suitable for decking.
Construction began in the fall of last year.
The construction period was approximately five months. We are grateful
to the homeowner and the construction company for allowing us to reach
