November 27th: Groundbreaking ceremony successfully completed.
December 5th: Columnar ground improvement work carried out.
December 18th: Rebar inspection carried out.
December 23rd: Visited LIXIL showrooms.
December 27th: Regular site meeting .
Once the foundation is completed, we will discuss and decide on the material part numbers for the exterior walls, sashes, roof, etc.
January 8th: Topping-out ceremony held. The roof has been successfully
topped out. We hope that the construction will continue smoothly until
the end.
January 17th: Intermediate inspection carried out .
The structural inspection by a private inspection agency has been completed, and we have received the approval sticker.
January 26th: Insulation has been installed, and the baseboard work has
been completed. The ceiling has some exposed beams.
February 7th: The roof has exhaust vents installed on three sides.
The fitting of the metal fittings at the top of the wall surface was not
good, so we discussed how to correct it with the relevant parties.
February 21st: The metal fittings at the ends of the wall surface have been redone, and the scaffolding has been removed.
The exterior construction work will finally begin. This is the foundation
work for the exterior wood deck.
The railway sleepers in front of the entrance will be installed by the
homeowner as a DIY project. The homeowner created a layout plan for the
sleepers using a model as a base.
Based on the homeowner's plan, the construction company created a layout drawing for the sleepers .
March 1st The carpenter is in the midst of finishing the decorative shelves.
March 5th Exterior construction is underway and the sleepers are lined up nicely.

Matsuda, for their dedicated support during the construction . Thank you
