The ground-breaking ceremony was successfully completed on March 15th.
Ground improvement work will begin on March 30th. The depth of improvement,improvement material, and improvement method will be key points of on-site supervision.
Rebar work is underway on April 4th .A rebar inspection will be conducted again in two days.
Rebar inspection is on April 6th .
Normally, hold-down hardware with a maximum pull-out force of 30KN is used,
but this time special hardware capable of handling 55KN is being used.
It is a safe design while keeping costs down. After the inspection on April 7th ,some rework was required, and all corrective photos are being recorded.
A regular meeting is held on April 22nd .
The roof-raising ceremony will be held at a later date. I ended up chatting with the client for two hours while watching the roof-raising.

May 15th: Attended the intermediate inspection .An intermediate roof structure inspection was conducted by four parties:a private inspection agency, a defect insurance company, a structural designer, a site supervisor, and the construction company. This was an inspection of structural load-bearing walls and structural hardware.

May 17th: Topping-out ceremony .We thanked the carpenters and craftsmen and prayed for the safety of the construction.
We also received a heartwarming message card with this logo from the client.
May 26th and 31st: Regular site meetings were held.The dining kitchen has finished laying the 30mm thick solid cedar flooring and is currently curing.
June 9th: Detailed discussion with the construction company about the placement of outlets and 7 switches.
June 13th: Exterior view from a distance.The exterior, incorporating the
courtyard, looks larger than expected. 。
June 18th: Planted a Japanese cypress tree as part of the client's work.
June 23rd: The kitchen was delivered. I can't wait to unpack it.
June 23rd: Exterior construction has also begun. Handover is scheduled for summer.
June 27th: Built-in TV stand installed.We chose from three designs and discussed the position of the middle shelf in detail.
July 7th: Outdoor wood deck installed. The material is 30mm thick red cedar.It has been painted with preservative paint, and further finishing paint will be applied in the future.
July 7th: Meeting with the client regarding spotlights for planting.
July 7th: Meeting with the client regarding the placement of clothesline hardware.At this stage just before completion, each meeting is very enjoyable.
July 12th: Had a thorough meeting with the client.The placement of the
downlights is well-balanced, which is great .
August 3rd: Successfully completed and handed over.
