8/8: On-site supervision of earthwork.
8/9: Layout confirmation was conducted.

8/17: Rebar inspection was conducted.
The type, size, number, and placement of rebars were confirmed.

8/24: The dimensions of the formwork and the location of structural hardware
were confirmed.

9/2: The foundation laying was completed.

9/2: The regular on-site meeting was concluded.

9/3: The roof framing was completed. We were caught in the usual evening
shower, so we couldn't finish at a good point. We hope that things will
proceed smoothly from now on.

9/7: Temporary bracing had not yet been removed at the site, and structural
hardware was being installed.。

9/13: Notice signs were posted at the site.
It is commendable that the construction company put up clear and large notices for the neighbors. Surprisingly, there are many construction companies that do not take this seriously.

9/13: I went to the site for a legally mandated intermediate inspection.
This involved inspecting the structural walls and hardware. Before the private inspection agency arrived, I double-checked everything, and the inspector, who arrived earlier than scheduled, told me that it was reassuring that I had already checked everything myself. I suppose there are some supervisors who don't do inspections.
On the same day, there were also inspections by the structural designer and the defect liability insurance company. New houses are inspected by four parties.

9/15: We held the roof-raising ceremony.

These days, we don't drink alcohol, but we still had a good time with everyone
involved.

9/18: The gate canopy and underlayment are mostly done.

10/7: Exterior siding is being installed .

In the future, a wooden deck will be laid in the courtyard at the same level as the interior floor.

We are currently discussing custom-made furniture at our regular meeting
.

October 18th: Underfloor heating is being installed.

The living room has a high ceiling.

10/21: We are installing solar panels with the goal of creating a smart
house.

Exterior siding is almost complete.

11/3: The canopy and other parts are coming along nicely.

The eaves gutters aren't as noticeable as I thought, which is a relief.

11/13: Courtyard wood deck underlayment.

November 21st: Hard ipe wood is used for the wood deck.

Checking the placement of stepping stones for the entrance approach with
a model.

Viewing the living room atrium from above.

12/2: Entrance approach with exposed aggregate concrete and granite stepping
stones.

Original kitchen and backboard designed by the homeowner.

12/2: Open house held.

12/4: Planting trees in the entrance approach.

We are truly grateful to our client.
They visited several other house builders
but ultimately returned to our company.
I believe it was meant to be.
Thank you to everyone involved.
