Design Concept: This house has a Western-style room, bathroom, and Japanese-style room for the grandfather on the first floor, and a Western-style room, living room, and kitchen (LDK) for the couple and their two children on the second floor. Two-family homes are naturally larger in scale. Therefore, it is necessary to devise ways to ensure that each room receives sufficient light and ventilation, which are essential for a home. Here, a light court is placed in the center to ensure a living space that is filled with light and air. |
